The Fromagerie Bouchet is first and foremost a story of land and tradition. We have long-established links with local producers and nurturing quality is the heart of our business.

This is why our cheeses are essentially made in the farmhouse using raw milk.

But before they are ready to taste, time needs to work its magic, bringing out their true flavour in our maturing cellars. We work with more than 30 varieties of cheese, keeping a close eye on each, fine-tuning the process over days and weeks, to make sure the product that finally emerges from our cellars is the perfect cheese.

Cheesemonger, our second business

We operate throughout Haute-Savoie and Pays de Gex, and you can find us in the markets of Annecy, Seynod and Saint Julien en Genevois.
But we also have our own shops in Beaumont, Vulbens, Ville-La-Grand, Saint Genis Pouilly and Divonne-Les-Bains.
